Return Policy

Returns will only be granted if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect.  No returns will be granted because the item color does not match the color on the monitor or because an item differs by 3mm. or less in either dimension.  

All returns must be approved by us before you can return the item(s).  A claim must be filed via e-mail within 10 days of receipt of the item, and you will receive a reply within a day otherwise the claim can be considered as not received.  If you need to return an item, contact us and include the reason that you wish to return the item(s) your phone number, the order number, the item, and a valid e-mail address.  Returns must be packaged in the original packaging and be in resellable condition.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless we are at fault.  If the item was damaged during shipment to you, then file a claim with the shipper.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee after an order has been processed.  

Once an order has been shipped, we can not cancel the order.
