1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 5 days.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping and gift cards?

Gift wrapping is available for a small fee of $3.00. Gift cards are available for a small fee of $1.00 each.

7. How do I calculate the shipping fee for multiple piece orders?

Take the flat rate of $4.00 and add $2.00 for each additional item ( up to 10 pieces). For orders more than 10 pieces, please email us to get a quote.
